Hover your mouse over the eBay Sales tab and click on the Create New link in the Custom E-mails section.

Use the blue Custom e-mail template tags to insert specific information into the e-mail. Just put your cursor in the box and click the blue tags to the left to insert the tag.

Make sure to give your new e-mail template a new recognizable name and e-mail subject*.
