Auctiva - Powerful solutions for eBay Sellers

Your Auctiva/eBay/PayPal payment and shipping information is automatically synchronized on your Sales Transactions page, in real time when available (some events such as cleared eChecks cannot be reconciled in real time).

The most likely reason your combined transactions are not showing up as such on your Auctiva Sales page is that you have not set your eBay account to combine payments.

To combine payments on eBay:

1. Go to your My eBay page on ebay.com.
2. Click on the My Account tab.
3. Select "Site Preferences."
4. Under "Shipping Preferences" click the Edit button to the right of "Offer combined payments and shipping."
5. Make your changes and click Save.

To mark a transaction as paid (or shipped), go to your Sales page, select one or more transactions, and click on the Mark as Paid or Mark as Shipped button at the top or bottom of the page.

You can print a customized packing slip from your Sales page. The packing slip can include your logo and even a personalized message.

To print a packing slip:

1. Hover your mouse over the Sales tab and click to view "All" transactions.
2. Locate the transaction you wish to print a packing slip for and click on the "More Details" button.
3. Click the blue "View Packing Slip" button on the bottom right.
4. If you have previously uploaded a logo to your Auctiva Store, it will load automatically at the top of your packing slip. You can choose to not show your logo by unchecking the box at the bottom that says "Show/Print Graphics Logos."
5. If you want to add a custom message to the packing slip, just type it in to the text box below the Items Purchased summary.
6. When you are satisfied with your packing slip, click on the "Print Packing Slip" button on the bottom.

You can enter a UPS, FedEx, USPS or other major carrier’s package tracking or delivery confirmation information in your Auctiva account to be submitted to eBay. Once submitted to eBay, your buyer will be able to see the information in their eBay account.

To enter your packages’ tracking/delivery confirmation number in bulk:

1. Go to your Sales  page and view All transactions.
2. Check the box next to each transaction for which you need to enter information.
3. Click on the blue “Edit Tracking Info” button in the header (just above your list of transactions.)
4. A window will open and you can enter the tracking/delivery confirmation and carrier details in the appropriate boxes for each transaction. When complete, click on the "Submit Tracking Info" button.
5. If the numbers were successfully submitted to eBay, the window will close and you will see a green confirmation message at the top of the Sales page.
6. The tracking/delivery confirmation numbers will be updated on eBay (this may take a few minutes.)

To enter your packages' tracking/delivery confirmation number for a single transaction:

1. Go to your Sales  page and view All transactions.
2. Click the "Add Tracking Info" button to the right of the transaction (resembles a pawprint.)
3. The transaction window will expand and you can enter the tracking/delivery confirmation and carrier details in the appropriate boxes.
4. If your transaction has multiple tracking/delivery confirmation numbers, simply click the "Add Another" link next to the carrier box to open a new set of tracking/delivery confirmation and carrier boxes.
5. When complete, click on the "Submit Tracking Info" button.
6. If the numbers were successfully submitted to eBay, the window will close and you will see a green confirmation message at the top of the Sales page.
7. The tracking/delivery confirmation numbers will be updated on eBay (this may take a few minutes.)

The new Sales page is now the default page you will see when you select to view "All" transactions on your Sales page. If you want to view the old version of the Sales page, click the link at the top of the page where it says "To view the old version of this page click here."

Purchasing Auctiva Shipping Insurance is easy to do, either one policy at a time or in bulk. Our new Sales page makes it easier to purchase and manage your insurance policies by including the policy info within the page.

To purchase insurance from the new Sales page:

For single transactions:

1. Click the "Purchase Insurance" button to the right of the transaction.
2. The transaction will expand with a summary of the purchase price, shipping cost, tax, etc.
3. After reviewing the cost of the policy, click the blue "Purchase Insurance" button at the bottom of the transaction window.
4. A green confirmation window will appear with a link to view the policy details if necessary. Other helpful info, such as the policy number and links to file a claim, can be found within the transaction window.

For multiple transactions:

1. Check the box to the left of each transaction you want to purchase insurance for.
2. Click the blue "Purchase Insurance" box at the top of the Sales page.
3. Should be some sort of confirmation box here
4. A green confirmation message will appear at the top of the Sales page with a link to view the details of your policies.

You can search for a specific transaction by the Item Title, Item Number, Buyer ID or the Buyer's Email.

To search for a transaction:

1. Go to your new Sales page.
2. Locate the Search box in the upper right-hand side.
3. Enter text you wish to search for, and select what field to search from the drop-down menu.
4. Hit the blue Seach button.
5. You may need to adjust the "Sales from last XX days" drop-down menu if you cannot find the transaction.
6. Transactions that fit your search criteria will be displayed.
