How to create a Master Profile

Auctiva allows you to combine the different profiles together into one Master Profile. This tutorial will show you how to create a Master Profile.

What is a Master Profile?

The Master Profile is a single profile that is made up of any combination of the Item Details, Marketing, Shipping and Checkout Profiles that you've created. This will allow you to load multiple profiles into one listing at one time.

How to create a Master Profile

You can create as many Master Profiles as you may need.

Step 1. Add Master Profile.

  • Hover your mouse over the Profiles tab and click on the Master link (Figure 1). The Master Profile page will load.

Step 2. Edit Master Profile options.

  • eBay Site: Choose the eBay Site that will be the destination for posted listings using this profile.
  • Detail Profile: Choose an Item Details Profile if desired.
  • Marketing Profile: Choose a Marketing Profile if desired.
  • Shipping Profile: Choose a Shipping Profile if desired.
  • Checkout Profile: Choose a Checkout Profile if desired.

Step 3. Save Master Profile.

  • Enter a name for the Master Profile.
  • Click on the Save button.

This completes the task of creating a Master Profile.
