We are a family owned business. Our store on eBay helps provide for our family with disabilities. Both father and son have Osteogenesis Imperfecta better known as brittle bone disease. Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
We try to ship by next day but all items are shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. We stock a large amount of the items in our store but we cannot stock everything at one time. If we do not have an item we order it from our suppliers and have it shipped straight to you to speed up shipping time. We check our suppliers stock twice daily and when they get low we pull the listing down. If you buy an item we can’t ship we will issue a full refund and give you 10%off next order. While we ship fast we cannot control delivery so please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. During the Holidays there may be a delay because of the high volume of packages our carriers deliver during that time. If you have a concern about this contact us before purchasing and we can check stock for you.
Policies:
Payment is due at time of purchase. Contact us first if there is a question about or problem with an item. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if item is damaged or not as described. We will issue a full refund and we will pay for return shipping. If you or not happy with your item for any reason you may return it to us within 14 days and we will issue you a refund for the item but you pay for all shipping. If for some reason we cannot ship your item we will issue a full refund and give you 10% off your next order. Refunds will be given through PayPal.
