- Items are normally Shipped within 48 Hrs. Upon receipt of payment. For Bulk orders , a minimum of 5-10 days is required to process the orders . Please note that items are Handmade only upon confirmation of order.

- Please be advised that NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for Sale Items & those posted by Normal Mail. ONLY Misrepresented items and those posted by REGISTERED MAIL which are lost/stolen or damaged during delivery will be replaced or refunded less Shipping & Handling Costs. Damaged items must be returned within 7-14 days from date of receipt. All Shipping costs shall be at buyers' expense.
