Shipping:
1.1 All shipments will require a signature on delivery.
1.2 Postage to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) is via DHL Home Delivery for our larger items & via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail for our smaller items. Postage costs are based on the total weight of your shopping basket when completing the checkout process. The maximum you will be charged is £6.95.
1.3 Shipments to Eire are via 1st Class International signed for mail where possible.
1.4 Shipments to the Rest of the World are via 1st Class International signed for mail where possible.
1.5 We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock then it will usually be dispatched within 2 working days.

Returns Policy
We offer a 7 day refund policy for UK customers if you are unhappy with your item. This means that the item must be back with us within 7 days of you receiving/signing for it. For international customers we offer a 14 day refund policy.
