We are member of the Jewellers Association of Australia, Gemmological Association of Australia & the National Council of Jewellery Valuers.
Emma is a qualified Gemmologist and Edward is a qualified Gemmologist, Diamond Grader & Registered Valuer.

We also carry a wide range of glassware, crystal ware, china & ceramics/porcelains including Lalique, Royal Doulton, Rosenthal, Wedgewood, Royal Albert, Baccarat, Belleek and Christofle - just to name a few. We often obtain very unique pieces from the likes of Cartier and Tiffany.

Shipping:
As soon as payment is made by PayPal or funds appear in our account is paying by EFT - we will send your purchase to you, fully insured and with a tracking number that we will inform you of. Most items will require Photo Identification upon receiving your parcel. If you live in Perth, you are welcome to collect your purchase from our showroom in Subiaco.
Policies:
We are a "bricks & mortar" retail store and therefore extend the same consumer rights to you online. Under the ACCC guidelines, if the item differs significantly from the description or is deemed to be faulty then you are entitled to a full refund. If you simply change your mind or if the item is a gift and the recipient wishes to change it for something else, we happily offer a store credit to the same amount of the purchase price, valid for three (3) months. To receive the credit the item must be returned to us by Registered Post or Platinum Express post - in the same condition as it was sent to you - within four(4) days of receiving the item.
