UPS/FEDERAL EXPRESS SHIPMENT Claims for damaged or lost merchandise should be reported within 48 hours to us. Please retain cartons for return shipping. We will notify UPS/FedEx and, if necessary, file the appropriate claims. Victor Mill, Inc. will then replace the damage or lost Merchandise. RETURN AUTHORIZATION We cannot accept or honor arbitrary chargebacks, claims, deductions, or returns from our customers without prior knowledge or agreement. You must contact us prior to returning any item. We will then get the authorization number that you will need to return the items. Items that have a manufacturer defect/damage in shipping or wrong item sent, are the only reasons accepted for a return. Common business courtesy requires that we be notified prior to any chargeback, debit, return, or claim so that is fair to both sides. All shortages and/or shipment discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 7 days after you have received your set. Any claims longer that are not reported within this time span are considered void. Custom made bedding is not created then shipped out for home inspections for any reason.
