- I have always loved the serenity of handwork embroidery as well as creating items with cotton fabric. I have been actively involved in the fabric and quilt shop business for more than 10 years and more recently I have re-discovered my passion for applique.
- Many years had passed since I picked up a needle and floss to sit quietly and create beautiful designs with my hands. With the gaining popularity in wool felt applique, I decided to create a small wall hanging. After it was finished, I was hooked again on hand work and especially wool felt applique.
- I have since retired my quilt shop and fabric website but wanted to stay in the ecommerce trade. eBay seemed like the perfect door to open and sell fabric and wool.
- I now have a wide array of products available through The Wool Felt Ferret's store - products to appeal to the many aspects of working with textiles by hand and by machine.
- It is my intention to bring you the finest quality in wool, cotton and the many complimentary items to create your own work of art.
