Return Policy
If you find that your item is broken, does not meet your needs or was inadequately described, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Some items (such as brand new instruments) must be return-shipped within 7 days as specified in individual listings.
Buyer pays for return shipping. Shipping and handling charges on your original order are non-refundable. Our guarantee is limited to the return of the item and does not cover other costs you may choose to incur such as service to an instrument purchased from us or other miscellaneous costs to you.
