  • Artificial Christmas Tree

    8:37 PM PST, 11/26/2008

I have an artificial Christmas tree for sale on eBay.  This tree is six feet tall and about four feet wide.  This tree uses the hook-on construction method, in which each branch is inserted into the pole.  This tree resembles a blue Douglas fir and it looks very life-like.

This tree is not pre-lit.  You get to supply the lights and decide how many lights and what kind of lights to put on this tree.  You can customize your lighting display on this tree and if the lights go, you don't lose your entire investment and you won't need to replace this tree with another expensive pre-lit tree.

This tree is available in an auction format, and until Monday.  If you want a tree for your home that will last for years, now is the time to bid.

  • Replacement C9 lights by GE

    8:03 PM PST, 11/26/2008

I am selling packs of replacement C9 lights by GE.  These lights are the traditional screw-in lights and they use a C9 base.  They can be used outdoors.  If you're looking for replacement lights for those old strings of lights that you use outdoors, these lights are for you.  At 7 watts, these lights give off plenty of light and will really brighten your home this Christmas and make it stand out.

These lights are available in three colors: red, blue and green.  They are sold in packs of four bulbs.  These are Buy-It-Now, so there is no bidding.  Once you buy it, it's yours.  They are also in the Dutch listing format, so you can buy more than one pack.  And I will combine shipping if you do.

I have for sale a couple of 'ornament kits'.  These are collections of ornaments that are sold as one unit.  With these ornament kits, you can decorate an entire Christmas tree.  No more having to rush around from store to store looking for ornaments to finish decorating a tree and no more having to worry about using ornaments that don't look good together.

This is the 'Olde World' ornament kit.  This is a collection of fifty red and gold ornaments that includes red balls, gold wicker and fiber balls, gold pineapples and cherubs plus gold ribbon which can be made into a bow that can go on top of the tree.

  • Clear outdoor lights

    4:36 PM PST, 11/26/2008

For Christmas this year, I am selling 50 of the clear C9 replacement lights.  These lights are perfect for creating that winter wonderland effect.  At 7 watts each, one of these bulbs can give you as much light as 20 of the little twinkle lights.  50 of these large lights will give you the same effect as 1000 of the little lights.  At 7 watts each, these lights use a total of 350 watts.  1000 of the little lights use 1000 watts, so you save energy with these lights.  Just as important, these lights are more weather-resistant than the little lights.  These lights were designed to be used outdoors.

  • Yellow Christmas lights

    3:11 PM PST, 11/26/2008

I am selling Christmas lights this week.  The kind of Christmas lights that I sell are the large, colored lights that you might remember from your childhood, or your grandparents' house.  They are cone-shaped, are painted a particular color, such as red, blue or green and screw in to the socket.  The technical name for these lights is C7 and C9.  C7 bulbs are the smaller of the two and are ideal for indoor use.  C9 bulbs are the larger of the two and can be used outdoors.  Though not as widely used as in the past, these lights are still available and still the best lights to use at Christmas.

There is one color of these kind of lights that you can never find in stores.  That color is yellow.  When I say yellow, I mean lemon or canary yellow.  And as I always say, a tree without yellow lights is like a sandwich without bread.  And the same can be said for the outside of your home at Christmas.

Even though yellow Christmas lights cannot be found in the stores, don't despair.  I am selling some on eBay.

In addition, I am also selling a couple of cartons of 10 watt yellow C9 lights.  These rare yellow lights are perfect for lighting a marquee or using in an outdoor sign.
