  • Where does All This Money Go?

All proceeds help pay for the vet care that these wonderful dogs need and deserve. Adoption fees help to offset the costs a little, but standard vet care for each foster dog costs close to $300. That doesn't count all the other things that can come up. Infections, Lyme disease, Arthritis, and then some of the bigger things such as Eye Surgeries, Leg Surgeries, Specialists and so much more. This year alone we have paid well over $7,000 in extraordinary vet care alone.

Some of our most recent extraordinary vet expenses in the past few months:
    • Huron needed eye surgery: $5,000 +
    • Jacy needed a deep root tooth extraction: $500 +
    • Feo Butters needed a variety of tests and care to get him healthy (lyme disease, growth removals, tumor checking): $400+
