This is the only piece I will be making like this and boy oh boy I loved making it! I hand twisted crystals to lace the edges of the Bali silver butterfly pendant with blues and emerald greens to coordinate with the Turquoise, Malachite, Lapis mixed gemstone butterfly beads. Then I went crazy from there making "cocoons" by using the freeform Turquoise rectangle cubes, Turquoise rounds, Bali silver butterfly beads and adding many beautiful crystals pretending to be playing in my flower gardens.
The crystals I used are: Swarovski Dark Emerald Green 6mm bicones, 9 x 7mm Emerald Green Teardrops, 8 x 5mm Emerald rondelles, 10mm flat round Cobalt Blues, 10mm round AB Blue, 6mm Capri Blue bicones and 6mm Indicolite Blue bicones. In Czech crystals I used 4mm cobalt blue bicones and 8mm teal rounds.The very light blue rondelles are a genuine Blue Quartz 6 x 3mm faceted rondelles!
This style of gemstone butterfly beads are created by using crushed pieces of gemstones like Turquoise, Lapis and Malachite and pressing them into shape. These are very nicely created, stablized and heavy duty. They will not break and are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They are large at 33 x 25mm wide. 25mm = 1". The pendant is 38mm x 38mm, not including the crystals or dangles. Below the pendant I hung a tiny silver plated stamped butterfly charm.
This 40" strand is much prettier than the photos reflect! Wait until you see how gorgeous these "AB Blue" crystals shine and reflect their colors! They are a dark cobalt blue that turns deep purple while shining a metallic mirror like reflection in light neon blue! Crazy gorgeous!
I attached your lanyard clip behind the butterfly pendant, I can move it if you need or simply remove the lanyard clip to wear as a long trendy necklace!

I used a fancy ROSE Bali silver toggle clasp for easy on - easy off.
This piece is finished off with 6mm sky blue glass rounds all the way around your neck and is crimped 4 times for added security. The unsightly crimps are covered with silver plated crimp covers.
All of my lanyards are strung on 49 strand cable wire that is coated so it will not rust or snag your clothing! This is the heaviest wire possible to fit inside the beads holes. This is also why I do not use tiny seed beads as my wire does not fit inside them and I believe the wire that does fit is not heavy enough to use for such long pieces.
In all my items, I use only the very best product available, the best beads, the heaviest metals, wires, findings, hardware and pins, which causes me to charge a little more for my items.

A word about Bali, Tibetan, German silver and/or gold. I love these type of metals as they do not peel, tarnish or loose their original beauty. They are not required by law to disclose their gold or silver content therefor you will not find a stamping like .925 silver or 14kt gold on the beads, charm holders, clasps, etc.
Yes, I did put in quite a few photos, this is so you can make an informed decision to buy this piece for yourself or a deserving friend.
A crimp bead cover is a split bead that folds down and around the crimp. It does leave an unavoidable seam that is barely noticeable. I mention this because after a time consuming struggle a fellow beading ebayer has lost her store because one buyer thought this crimp cover was a broken or plastic bead and left a Negative before even asking the seller about it! Small stores are greatly effected by one N feedback.

Kathy's Extended Warranty is for your security and free! If your item breaks, which it won't but if it does, I will repair it for free! I even pay for all postage! It won't break, but if it does, simply email me so I can send you a SASE to return the beads to me and I will repair it. Please tie off your item so as to keep as many of the beads on the strand as possible so I can recreate the same pattern. It won't break. I have not been abused or used yet because my items don't break; therefore I have not set a time duration to this policy. Within reason, I guess...
Also, please, realize just how powerful your feedback is and that ONE negative AND even a NEUTRAL can and DOES shut down small sellers. One N feedback can cause us to loose our rights to be added to ebays search engines, thus no one can find our listings!) Feedback can have very detrimental consquenses, please know what your opinion is very powerful so please consider how human sellers are.

And, a little info about the new rating program in Ebay regarding stars for sellers. Anything below a 4.8 and we are charged more for our listings and fees. It would seem that a 3 of 5 stars would be average but even a 4 star rating is too low to be considered a "top seller". We HAVE to receive 5 of 5 stars each and every time. I strive for perfection, not only for these ratings but because you deserve such service. 2 out of 4 of the stars your seller has no control over and yet we are graded as if we do. We should not be held responsible for how long it takes for delivery but for how SOON WE ACTUALLY SHIPPED IT and for the quality of the packaging.
Also, these little stars also determine how much your seller pays in fees so please help keep prices and fees down by contacting the seller if there is a problem to resolve and leave appropriate feedback and star ratings after the problem is rectified.
