I am an old bookkeeper with spinal damage from an auto accident with trauma induced fibromyalgia that leaves me in horrible pain from ears to toes. Most days I can't even type as just bringing my arms out stresses my spinal muscles and causes spasms. Beading is good for me financially as well as emotionally as I can bead mostly with the beads right in front of me and not have to use my arms away from my body. I am in bed 20 hours a day and have to use too many pain pills to get up and shower and dress. Most days it is just too painful for the drugs to work but when the do, I would rather bead than do anything else! Financially we were solvent until 2004 when I lost my income and my husband is home most of the time taking care of me, so no income except beading. Therefore, if you would like to hire me, you will receive a beautifully beaded item and will be helping us save our home. We are hanging on just barely right now. It has taken about 7 years to eat up all of our retirement, savings and now with 160 K in loans against our home, we will most likely loose it soon. How could we go from 200K in savings to nothing so quickly, my gosh I had insurance! Well, after an auto accident that did this to my spine, insurance dropped me and because I wouldn't sue the old lady that hit me, all of our insurances dropped us and then doubled in price. Just my medical insurance is 690.00 PER MONTH! My child and husband is an additional 385.00 per month, we are insurance poor if you include auto, home owners, etc! Last I knew my medical expenses are 1300 per month, every month. With about zero income, we have been using savings and with that gone, we charge my insurance. I know how dumb that is but I have to have the drugs I am addicted to or I can't move and the pain is so sever I cry. So I beg.
