Who is Spiraled Ink? Spiraled ink is a 30's something male who was self transplanted from the U.S. west coast to the crossroads of America in the early 2000's.
What is Spiraled Ink? Spiraled Ink was the name I had for a part time business which encompassed a number of things including buying and reselling items for profit that has crossed over to eBay. It is, for now, a very part-time endeavor.
Why should I buy from Spiraled Ink? There are many reasons including: EXPERIENCE- I have quite a number of years in the resale business which started with relatives who were in the business themselves since as far back as I can remember. HONESTY- If there is a problem, I will do my best to fix it. If my customers aren't happy, my business won't survive. Everything in my item descriptions are factual to the best of my knowledge. I put nothing in my descriptions that are vague or misleading. KNOWLEDGE- My expertise is mainly on that of collectibles ranging from a large variety of mediums, however, I do sell items of an unrelated nature. I research everything I sell and include as much information in my items descriptions as possible.
BOTTOM LINE- The items I sell are of top quality merchandise. They are things that I can acquire at a fraction of the cost. My items are sellable because I offer them at still a fraction of the cost. I am obviously selling items for profit. My profit does not consist of as much as I can possibly get, just a reasonable percentage of my investment. I am passing my savings on to you.

Shipping:
Inexpensive timely shipping. I ship via USPS priority mail which includes free delivery confirmation and online package tracking. Items are generally shipped the following day of your cleared payment. (Please allow up to 3 business days).
I do not charge any handling fees for your items or any additional charge for packaging materials. To me that is a rip off. Unlike other sellers who use this scam I consider it to be included in the purchase price just as in a physical store. It's a given that when an item is purchased on eBay, undoubtedly it will have to be packaged and shipped. Any extra costs for materials and time are taken out of my profit margin.
Policies:
Returns are accepted for money back except for merchandise damaged in shipment which is why I strongly recommend purchasing insurance on costly or fragile merchandise. Return policy in effect for three days following receipt of item. Even though I securely pack items for shipment, it's best to be protected. I offer this policy because I am confident in my item descriptions, my feedback rating and that I don't scam bidders with shipping and handling charges as do some other eBay sellers.
