- We are a family-run home-based business. We started selling both on and offline in 2001 selling everything from cosmetics to children’s clothes. Currently, we operate from both the east and west coast.

Our Business Policies and Services
- Shipping:
- We ship two ways either United States Postal or Parcel Service (USPS or UPS.) Shipping charges are noted at checkout when you are ready to make your purchase. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or international addresses.
Your item is packaged in either a box or bubble wrap envelope depending on the size and packaging. Items are inspected before they are shipped.
- Policies:
- All sales final on pre-owned merchandise, edible products, CDs, DVDs, books & other print media, clothing, and memberships. We honor returns on brand new items used within 7 business days of shipment or products incorrectly sent or do not work. We will not refund after it has been in your possession more than 14 days. Refunds are given within a 30 day period. We do not pay for or refund shipping costs. Be sure to include all original packaging & a statement indicating what is wrong with the product. We have a right to refuse refunds when a product shows no signs of defects, and/or broken due to mishandling and/or shipment. If you feel that item was damaged during shipment, file a claim with United States Postal Service by visiting www.usps.com
If there is a problem with merchandise or shipment, please resolve matter with us first before deciding to leave negative feedback.
