We offer combined shipment.
Usually the whole shipping process take around 10-14 business days. However, exact speed depends on your country's customs and post office. If you are located in some country with serious customs, arriving time will be much longer, such as Italy / France / Spain / Germany/ Eastern Europe and so forth.
All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong directly.
Tracking number is only available when you pay for insurance according to the HK post offic official policy. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.
Policies:
Goods can be refunded without any reason within 14 days only if the goods is still in well condition and never be used. Because we do ship it out, so buyer is responsible for the both way shipping fee.
Feedback will be left once after we have received from buyer. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the transaction; please contact us to resolve any issues there before leaving feedback.
