How do I revise my items once they're posted?

  1. Log into your Auctiva account.
  2. Hover your mouse over the "Listings" tab and click on the "Active" link.
  3. Click on the eBay item number. A new window will open with the eBay listing.
  4. Select "Revise your item" at the top of the listing and make your changes.

You can also use our "Bulk Revise" feature to edit eBay listings without leaving Auctiva.com. To use this feature:

  1. Log into your Auctiva account.
  2. Hover your mouse over the "Listings" tab and click on the "Active" link.
  3. Check the box next to each listing you would like to edit. Note: You can edit up to 100 listings at one time.
  4. Click the "Bulk Revise" button.
  5. Select the area of your listing that you want to revise using our drop-down menu.
  6. Make your changes and click the "Continue" button.
  7. Review and confirm your changes by checking the box next to the listings and click the "Confirm Changes" button. Note: Be sure to read the warning and any potential errors that may pop up carefully. All changes will appear on your listing almost immediately.
  8. After your revisions have been processed, a summary displaying how many listings were revised and/or any errors that occurred will display.
  9. Click the "Tutorials" link to the right for more detailed information regarding editing your live eBay listings.

You can use the "Revise Quantity" option to update the prices and quantities of your items individually through Auctiva.com as well. To use this feature:

  1. Log into your Auctiva account.
  2. Hover your mouse over the "Listings" tab and click on the "Active" link.
  3. Click the "Revise Quantity" button (pencil) in the "Actions" column next to the item you would like to edit.
  4. Make the desired changes to your quantity and price.
  5. Click the "Save" button.
  6. After your revision has been processed, a confirmation message will display.
