How do I set my account to automatically send feedback?
- Hover your mouse over the "My Account" tab and click on the "Feedback" link in the "Settings" section.
- Check the boxes next to any options you would like to enable.
- Remember to click the "Save Settings" button after making any changes.
Enable Auto Feedback: When enabled, a positive feedback message will automatically be sent to each buyer after you
receive a positive feedback from the buyer, once payment has been received or as soon as the item or order has been marked as shipped.
Use Cycled Feedback Message for Auto Feedback: When enabled, one of your positive cycled feedback messages will automatically
be sent to the buyer after you receive a positive feedback message from the buyer, once payment has been received or as soon as the item or order has been marked as shipped; when disabled, your default-feedback message
will always be sent.
Receive Auto Feedback Summary Emails: When enabled, you will receive emails informing you about what auto-feedback
messages have been sent recently, and to which buyers.
