I created a shipping label but it did not print correctly. Can I reprint it without being charged again?
Yes! You can reprint the same label as many times as you need without being charged for each one.
To reprint a shipping label:
Hover your mouse over the "Sales" tab and select to view "All" transactions.
Locate the transaction that you need to reprint a label for.
Click the "View/Edit Shipping Labels" button to the right in the "Actions" column (resembles a bar code).
The label details will appear below the transaction, which include the purchase date, service type and delivery confirmation number, as well as links to view the label, print the label, or create a similar label.
Click the "View" link to print the label again.
