Why am I being charged for insurance policies?
If you are being charged for insurance policies that you did not purchase manually, your Auctiva account must be configured to automatically generate insurance policies for your transactions under certain conditions.
To review and/or make changes to your Auto-Insure Rules for shipping insurance, please mouse over the "My Account" tab within your account and select the "Auctiva Shipping Ins." option within the "Settings" section.
If you'd prefer not to have our system automatically generate policies but still wish to use Auctiva Shipping Insurance, you can always purchase insurance policies manually using the "Purchase Insurance" buttons next to the desired items on your Auctiva "Sales" page.
