beautiful folk art painting on a slab of wood with the bark still attached to sides

Measures .65" wide X 8.5" high X 1/2" deep
Wood slab is stained dark brown with hand painted tole flowers
Leather strap on back for hanging
Back has some markings but I do not know if it is a signature or just a scribble
