This piece was designed to do just as the name suggests, replace a servant while entertaining. It is quite unique and a beautiful piece of furniture. The Dumb Waiter has Two Tiers. Each of these is embellished with a Herringbone Pattern of Parquetry around the outer Edge, while a lush Pattern of Flame Mahogany embellishes the center. A beautifully turned, Vase Shaped Pedestal supports the Tiers. The Table is supported upon Triple Splayed Legs. The Legs are carved with lush Acanthus Leaf Scrolls at the top and over the Paw Feet.
