Be sure to go see one of the rarest gi joe 1970 sea adventurer sealed in shrink wrapped and the store price tag is on the plastic from 39 years ago. Never before anybody ever heard of a sealed in shrink wrapped 12 inch vintage GI JOE AT sea adventurer.Sometimes they come sealed with 4 pieces of tape but never sealed in shrink wrap!! This is the only one to my knowledge! This toy if it was to be graded would get a 10 on 10 rating due to it s sealed nature.
