In Al-Anon we work the 12 step program that our Alcoholic relatives do in order that we can be free of our old resentments, fears and character defects that we have gathered in the Matrix of ordinary, secular living So call on Ruby Zoisite if you are ready to face your demons - which are really just negative thought patterns. If you sit and meditate with Ruby Zoisite you can expect a bumpy ride at the beginning - until you become aware of all the little gliches and electrical short circuits in your Program Under each one of these glitches you will find a gift if you have the courage to change and just accept them for what they are - they have very little substance in reality. Also an amazing simple program I have used personally is EFT. Along with the 12 Step Program, Crystal Therapy, Reiki and QXCI therapy I have been able to uncover so many of these little glitches in my own programming After all that's what our minds are - little computers. If you have ever seen the program LOST (one of my favourite addictions) you may have seen the little Red Robot running at the bottom of the screen at the end of the show. It runs across and says BAD ROBOT It is only my opinion but that's what we have become in the MATRIX - bad robots. So funny when you see the reality of this. When we think and plan with our verbal mind and neglect our spiritual self - it is no wonder things go wrong. This tiny little piece of us (the verbal) mind confuses itself with the whole of us - it thinks it is in charge - no wonder the world is in such chaos - hoho. If we can quieten this verbal piece down by some form of meditation practice - then we will start to feel the pull of the soul - our Higher Selves which is connected to a Power Much Greater than Ourselves or the tiny mind. In my opinion our verbal mind is like a Front End Processor of a computer - it draws out and sifts information from our Hard Disc - so is nothing more than an FEP.
