Amazonite is a powerful Heart and Throat Chakra Crystal that helps immensely with steps 4 and 5 of the 12 Step Program I am a grateful member of the Al Anon Fellowship - Families and Friends of Alcoholics who has found amazing emotional freedom from working Steps 4 and 5 of the program In step 4 we make a fearless moral inventory of ourselves, which includes writing down a list of all our fears and resentments. In step 5 we admit to God, to ourselves and another Human Being the exact nature of our wrongs Amazonite helps so much in these steps as helps you uncover all our fears and resenements so that they can be seen for what they are When you talk about these to another person it has an amazing healing effect - a way of excorcising your own demons I am so grateful to the Al Anon Program and Fellowship for helping me uncover the blocks in my heart chakra so that I can offer them up for healing and move on. Most of us I think walk around with so much distorted programming from the Matrix - as children we seem to absorb a lot of negativity from our surroundings as well as the positive energy of course. When I was doing a Step 4 I discovered a lot of emotional glitches picked up in my childhood. Most of them had no foundation in reality, but a lot of it was just "things my teachers said" and "things my parents said" which were probably not meant but just said as they were stressed up at the time When I acknowledged these distortions which I held as small resentments I was able to look at them in the light of consciousness (thank you Eckhart Tolle) and acknowledge they were part of me that No Longer Served Me Underneath these distortions I found many gifts which I would not have found had I not made the journey inside myself I would thoroughly recommend a Step 4 to everyone - even those who are nothing to do with Alcholism or Addictions.
