Spring Kitchen Clear out: Vintage Chef Butcher Hunting Knives

Blowing out my collection of vintage fixed blade knives, I've had most of my knives since I was a teenager, working in a boutique housewares store in the 70s. My collection includes original walnut handled classic Chicago Cutlery high carbon steel chef knives, hunting knives and butchering knives, also French 4 star "elephant" Sabatier, Swiss VictorInox, Forschner, Wusthof, Henckels and many many more! I definitely do not need all of these knives any more - though I have loved using them over the years - especially the Chicago Cutlery - a true made in America classic that is no longer made here, real beauties that can be handed down for generations. Really good new knives are crazy expensive - and they don't have the beautiful feel and look of these old knives - if you're using cheapie knives from Walmart, Target or the grocery store - you really should buy some of these great classic knives - using them is a joy, your chef skills will go up many notches just from the knife upgrade & you'll never go back to WallyWorld blades!
