Serial number of 3273900 dates this watch to 1918--thats 94 Years old and still running strong, just like a Illinois should. This Illinois Watch is a Bunn Special, 16 Size, 21 Ruby Jewels in raised gold settings, stem wind, lever set, double roller. The watch has nickel bridges with “Shadow Line” damaskeening and steel screws. The movement has a gold center wheel, gold train and a steel escape wheel. The movement sparkles, has a good balance staff and is running with good motion. This lovely Illinois Drummer case is in mint condition, with no scratches or dents. On the front and back bezels it is stamped Illinois Watch Co Springfield, and there is no wear and stamping is very visible as you can see from the pictures. This stunning beauty has been really cared for. Works wonderful and keeps good time, it has been timed over a 24 hour period---within 6 second plus or minus.
