Louisville and Nashville Railroad

Our family has a history with L & N Railroad starting with my grandfather Augustus Forehand. He worked for the railroad met my grandmother Lillian in Franklin Tennessee. He became a Conductor for Louisville and Nashville and worked in that honored position until his death in 1961. My father Jim Forehand always loved those trains, and became a collector of Railroadania and also a model railroader. As his daughter I helped him build the tiny houses and paint the details on all the itsy people in his model town. His railroad entertained a generation of his grandchildren. He took my son, his oldest grandson to many railroad collectible shows. Sadly, my father has passed away and we must make some room and help my mother sell some of his collection, which was rather large. If you have been waiting for rare L & N items, I will be listing many items as we decide and research them. We have lanterns, watches, pencils, locks, doorknobs, and much more, boxes of timetable, etc. If you are a collector you will find some wonderful items if you keep an eye on what is being listed. I am not a store, or reseller, I am a eBay seller who sells items and artwork that I make, or items from the family. Glad to meet you!
