As the Autumn season approaches, we start to look forward to cooler days.><<<<<>>>>>>>>><<<<<<>>>>>>>><<<<<<>>>>>> ============================================================== Our internal "season" clock kicks in, and we might feel the urge to prepare our home, perhaps by getting rid of things we no longer need, cleaning out closets, giving our home a needed spiritual cleansing, putting away things from the summer season. <<<<<<<>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<>>>>>>>><<<<<<<>>>>>>< =============================================================== We might also start to look inward, and reflect upon these past months, what we have accomplished and how we would like the year to end for us. Whether we have accomplished big or small things. That is not what is important, but the fact that we have put effort into these goals of projects. It is a good feeling knowing that we have not sat idly, letting life gone by, but that we have taken active participation. Even if our goal was to grow veggies during the summer, grow our own herbs, finish putting up all those old pics in albums -yes, some of us still have oodles of old pics around the house:) - or uploading them into our computers. The point is to do something, to create something large,or tiny, simple or complex! It is the fact that we are doing something we love and enjoy, that creates a certain happiness of mind, a certain calm energy that lifts our spirit. <<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>> =============================================================== For my part I look forward to the beautiful days of Autumn, with the cooler weather, changing leaves, autumn winds, fresh baked bread! (finally!
