We are finally experiencing the most lovely season of the year! (I think:))With the change of weather and the approach of Samhain/Halloween, we tend to look inward and reflect on the past months. What we have accomplished so far, no matter how small or big. Many get anxious as to not have accomplished something big,for example. But it is not that which matters, but the fact that indeed we create different goals as we go about life during a given year. Within the year, we change gears every day we live our lives. Even if we have a goal in mind that does not change, the way we go about obtaining it, may change through the course of the months gone by. If you haven't reached that goal yet, do not despair. The world still continues to go round and your life continues. What is important is that we take time to breath, reflect, relax and just continue to do our best. Enjoy this lovely season, the change of colors in the leaves of the trees. The Change of weather from hot to chilly.
