Also, these little stars also determine how much your seller pays in fees so please help keep prices and fees down by contacting the seller if there is a problem to resolve and leave appropriate feedback and star ratings after the problem is rectified. If a seller drops from a perfect 5 stars score to a 4, they loose their discounts and are on probationary restrictions with the very likelihood that they will loose their rights to sell on Ebay. A score of 4, is like a grade of a B in schools and yet, a seller is booted out.
