All sales are final and no returns for used items. All items sold new have a 72 hour (3day) money back guarantee with a 10% restocking fee if the item is un-opened. Any items that arrive damaged and are not caused by the purchaser opening the package, can return the damaged item for an exact item. Sultanadrive reserves the right to replace the item when returned with another if said item is out of stock, or will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling and minus a 10% restocking fee.
