Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
Buyer pays all S&H charges. There are to be NO negotiations on shipping costs. By placing a bid you are agreeing to the charges. Shipping insurance is highly recommended for all buyers. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail (this is what the shipping insurance is for). Postal delays & mishandling are out of our control. We will do everything we can to ensure that your item is well packaged & shipped on the date that is given to you in the follow up email. We always ship with delivery confirmation domestically.
International bidders
If shipping charges for your country are not listed in the auction, please contact us before bidding if you are concerned about shipping charges. Int’l shipping can be costly & if you do not contact us in advance, you will still be held responsible for full payment of the item plus S&H charges. All customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Policies:
Payment is due within 3 days of the auction close unless prior arrangements have been made.
We will be forced to file a NPB & relist the item if this is not complied to.
Please do not bid if you have a low feedback rating (percentage wise), excessive recent negative feedback (6 months or sooner), or if your only feedback is negative. We reserve the right to cancel your bid if this is the case.
All sales are final, however, if something is wrong with your purchase please give us the opportunity to do all we can to correct the problem by contacting us prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback. Thank you in advance for this courtesy.
International bidders:
Payment must be in US Dollars only. Please do not pay for the item before we send you an invoice unless we have already given you a shipping quote or the charges are already listed in the auction.
