RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
Items can be returned (At buyer's cost) up to 14 days. However you must contact us first, and we MUST receive the item back before a refund is issued. All items MUST be received in condition it was shipped.
Do you refund?
We will refund your payment (Less Shipping) if paid by us, as long as the item is received back within our 14-day policy, and in the same condition as it was shipped.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
On all new instrument's there is a manufacturer warranty. There is no warranty on used items once you have received it. We do go over all used items to make sure they are in good working order.
