To tour U.J. Robichaud TIMBR Mart is to walk through time as one visits our Flour Mill, and our Custom Woodworking Shop. The Woodworking Shop, still in use today, uses the same table saws and planers that came with the building in 1905, and yes, they are still belt driven.
But we're not just about the past. We have a modern delivery fleet, complete with boom deliveries. We have a state of the art computer system that tracks our inventory, and allows us to make real time decisions to ensure we are in control of our products and our pricing. Home plan software that was designed in-house is now being used coast to coast in TIMBR Mart stores, and has spawned another venture called Estimator One Software. Our EBAY/Auctiva Store is our latest project and one more method by which our customers can access our service and our products.

Shipping:
We will efficiently mail out your items at the earliest possible. Unless indicated otherwise, we will use Canada Post Expediated Parcel for online orders.
Orders received prior to Thursday at 6pm will ship out the following Monday morning. Items received after this cut-off may ship the following week.

AIR MILES REWARD MILES!!
Yes we offer Air Miles reward miles on all online purchases as well as in-store purchases. Unfortunately there isn't a nice box that comes up in the online checkout, so just send us an email with your Air Miles card number and we will make you get your reward miles!
RETURNS POLICY
If not satisfied you may return the item to us for a refund of the original purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for the the return shipping costs. Item must be received in the same condition it was sold in order to qualify for a refund.
MONEY ORDERS AND E-CHECKS
If you pay with Money order or E-Check, please note that you are adding additional time as we will wait for the money to clear prior to shipping out any of the goods. If you are in a rush to get your package, we strongly recommend the use of Paypal.
