Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
We ship up to 3 days after receiving payment. We ship parcel post which usually arrives in 5-9 days. If you would like your item shipped faster please email us prior and we will add the additional cost of Priority Shipping to your invoice. If you purchase 3 or more listings at one time from our store we will ship Priority Mail free of charge.
Policies:
Our return policy: Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Because many of our items are one of a kind we can not guarantee a replacement will be in stock. If that happens we will issue a refund once the item has been returned. If an item arrives broken or damaged we will exchange (if it's in stock)for a larger size or a full refund if the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped. No refunds on items that have been worn or damaged by the Buyer.
