Our Business Policies and Services
- Shipping:
- We send out items daily so deliveries will normally be within 2-3 days.( excluding weekends ). In rare circumstances items do get lost or delayed in the Post. Please allow up to 15 working days for inland items to arrive from when you purchase and 25 working days for international items. Should your item has not arrived then please send us an email we shall do our best to help locate it. In certain circumstances items deliveries are attempted and a card is left by the postman. Please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if delivery has been attempted whilst you were out.

- Return policy details: Returns are accepted for exchange only. Item should be in an unworn, unused condition with original box or packaging with all labels intact
