All Shipping fees quoted are for Mainland UK Only. If you are outside this Area please contact me for a Shipping Quote prior to Bidding or Purchase of Items.
Collection window. You have 7 days from the end of the auction to collect your item(s). . If you fail to collect within 7 days your item may be resold or donated to charity.
Uncollected item process. Your eBay invoice contains all the information you need to arrange a collection. You will receive one reminder prior to the collection window expiring.
Storage penalties. I will ensure that your item is safely stored for 7 days after the auction closes. This is sufficient time to arrange collection. Should I agree to hold your item longer I may charge storage costs of £28 per item per week (or part thereof) after this time. Auctions consisting of multiple parts will incur multiple storage charges.

Returns & Refunds
30-day limit. Any claims for returns & refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt and prior to feedback being left.
Material difference. Refunds can only be processed where an item, on leaving my premises, materially differs from that outlined in my listing. Loss or damage during shipping is not grounds for a refund from Chaffer01
Refund process. Refunds are only issued once an item has been returned and checked against the claim. Where an error has been made, I will process a full refund. I am not obliged to refund the buyers postage costs. Items should be returned using the packing materials in which they were sent.
Items not returnable. If an item is returned without appropriate grounds, I am not obliged to give a refund. In the event I refuse a refund, the customer must pay a further postage charge if they wish to have the item back. Failure to pay this charge within 14 days may result in the item being resold to cover my costs
