Shipping:
At Wholesale-Beads, we work hard to provide prompt, professional shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. The winning bidder pays all shipping costs. At Wholesale-Beads fast shipping is a point of pride with us, and we typically ship items within 3 days of payment confirmation. For those who need to ship outside of the United States please email us THE FULL ADDRESS and PHONE# before bidding for current shipping fees. For your protection and peace of mind, all items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, and items of more than $250 value are shipped with Signature Confirmation.
Policies:
Returns will be accepted on the following terms provided payment was made within 7 days:
1. Item must be returned in same condition as when it left here with all tags attached.
2. Should you wish to return an item we must be
notified within 3 days of receipt and the package post marked within 7 days of receipt.
4. Item MUST have been paid in full in the time frame stated above.
5. You must also include our original packing slip.
Once we have received the item and the above conditions have been met we will issue a PAYPAL (ONLY)refund or store credit equal to the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. Items are guaranteed to be as described. We are a wholesaler, all our items are new and have never been worn (unless clearly stated otherwise).
