Shipping:
We offer regular deliveries to Regional and City locations around Victoria. Where it is not possible for us to personally deliver your item we will arrange the most competitive means of getting the item to you, via either a courier or Australia Post. Please email us with your address and the items you are looking at buying and we will provide you with a quote for delivery.
Policies:
We strive to run a fair and honest business. If we know of a fault with an item that we are selling, we will tell you. If however a fault is not picked up with an item, or for one reason or another any product that you have purchased from us fails to do what it was designed to do, we will refund, replace or repair the item within 30 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked. We truly believe that the true measure of a busines is not how friendly they are during the sales process, but how friendly they are during the follow up process.
