Shipping:
International buyers: Please contact us prior to your purchase so that shipping charges can be accurately calculated. Please do not rely on the e-Bay shipping calculator.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are NOT PROHIBITED from entering the destination country. All items returned from Foreign Customs for any reason will be rebilled freight/postage.
We ship domestic packages daily.
All buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted. Free shipping applies to contenental USA only (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may accrue extra shipping charge.) All items returned from USPS or other carriers for neglected pick up or an invalid address will be rebilled freight/postage for second mailing.
We are not responsible for shipping transit times. International buyers please note that once package has entered the destination country, and has left customs, we have no ablitiy for tracking through the USPS.

Returns:
If an item is damaged during shipment, the buyer is to notify The Parfumerie within 72 hours of delivery. The buyer is to retain all packaging for the carrier's inspection. Please note we may need to ask for photos of the box and damaged items if required by the carrier.
Buyers have 14 days to return products. An item will not be accepted for a return unless a return authorization number is issued by The Parfumerie. All returns must also be repackaged and shipped with a tracking number and insurance.
