Hi , Julie Emery, based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. I am a field collector with 20 years annual experience acquiring and trading in AUTHENTIC TRADITIONAL HANDCRAFT & TEXTILES from the highlands of Timor.
I am re-introducing KAPOK as an environmentally sound, sustainable bedding product and finding that there is a huge need in our ever more healthful conscious society.
I run various projects in Timor when I go there each year. One being the distribution of reading glasses....IF YOU WANT TO DONATE YOUR OLD GLASSES please contact me. I also help to support an orphanage in the town of SoE again any donations are gratefully accepted. Seed distribution to improve nutrition is high on my agenda too. Some plants have taken a while to adapt but now are well underway with varying successes.
By being on the ground every year for the last 20 I have developed relationships with the crafts people and weavers and been instrumental in ensuring the continuation of Timorese Cultural Handcraft.

Shipping:
Items are shipped within 48 hours of ordering, unless we are in the field in which case we will notify you and advise appx. shipment time. You will be advised as soon as your payment clears and we send your treasures. We use clean recycled packaging where ever possible and we do charge a small packing and handling fee. This is always included in any listed freight price. We also offer certain items FREIGHT INCLUDED. We will never kid you that the freight is FREE...because we all know that somewhere , somehow the buyer is covering it.

We have a no regret buys policy because we know the integrity of what we offer. We also describe our items to the best of our ability. If you are not happy with your product please contact us so that we can work something out. We do give refunds if that is the outcome of discussions.
