Gary tells us stories about buying wooden Koho 201 and Koho 221 sticks for US$ 7.99 when he was a kid...and how PISSED he would get when they broke! Who ever DREAMED of US$200.00 hockey sticks? Then our children came along...and they not only needed equipment...BUT KEPT OUTGROWING WHAT WE BOUGHT FOR THEM! So, we all decided to start up a small business. Gary INSISTED on naming it after his dog...proof that Gary has taken one too many pucks off of the head. Nevertheless, we started in 2005 and this part-time experiment took off! We put our kids to work...and their friends...and we are now up to our ears in equipment and orders. What happened? Well...NO MATTER WHAT...we treat our buyers the way we want to be treated. We REFUSE to deal dishonestly...we REFUSE to charge handling fees...we REFUSE to be "pigs" and charge top-dollar for our items EVEN THOUGH WE PAY FAR MORE FOR THE ITEMS THAN THE MAJOR RETAILERS! We want ALL of our buyers to be happy...to consider us friends. No amount of profit is worth mistreating or deceiving a buyer!!! So, we suppose that people appreciate this and told friends...who told friends. We now have entire leagues in Australia, the United Kingdom, Russia, Latvia, Canada and the United States ordering from us...very flattering! So...we would love to do business with you, your friends and your teammates as well!

We, too, purchase on eBay. We are so outraged when we see a seller doubling or tripling the cost of postage...or charging outrageous "handling" fees. Hey...we have to "handle" the items, too. We have to purchase tape, paper, bubble wrap...but we don't charge ANY fees! So...we REFUSE to purchase from any seller who does business that way. We try, our best, to estimate the exact size and weight of our packaged items. On occasion, we UNDERESTIMATE the cost for postage. When we do, WE pay the additional postage...not the buyer. As we sell a huge number of sticks, we needed to decide how to properly ship them. Although we have often received sticks sent in "plastic bags," we knew that this was neither a safe nor appropriate way to ship someone's purchase. So we decided to roll the entire stick in layers of cardboard. As a result, we almost NEVER have our sticks broken or damaged!
Policies:
Returned items must be new/unused and show no signs of wear. Buyer MUST contact seller prior to return and item must be returned postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in undamaged, original packaging to allow for resale. Skates MUST be returned UNSHARPENED. SHARPENED SKATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR FOR REFUND. MANUFACTURER’S BOXES MUST BE RE-WRAPPED PRIOR TO RETURN. BOXES, STICKS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT RETURNED WITH POSTAGE/SHIPPING LABELS OR MARKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND. Returns that have violated this seller’s return/refund policy will require the buyer to pay for the unaccepted item to be returned to them. Undergarments CANNOT be returned for health reasons. We examine all outgoing merchandise for defects and/or damage. We will gladly and rightfully pay return postage if our item is defective/not as advertised. Buyer must pay return postage for all other returns and will be refunded the purchase price only.
