Marco has been Customer Service Manager for Deluxe, a big film production lab based in Rome, for nearly 5 years.
After an academic background in an International English School, he graduated in International Marketing & Economics in Rome. He also studied at UCSD (University of California San Diego) and worked for a small communication business to business firm.
Marco always wanted to start his own personal business and in 2007 he left his job and concentrated on his online selling; in less than a year his primary Ebay account OPHERTY received more than 1500 positive feedbacks.
Carla graduated in English Literature at the University of Rome. Back in the 80’s and 90’s she had a clothing shop, and towards the end of the 90's she decided to open up an antiques store.
In 1999 she started selling her collectibles on Ebay. She has now gained very important experience on internet selling and she is well established as a Power Seller (ebay user CIOCCI) with more than 6000 feedbacks from users all around the world.
In June 2007, Carla and Marco decided to start a small business together.
They combined customer service & marketing expertise with product knowledge & know-how and over 10 years of Ebay selling experience...
