Shipping:
All shipping is done by USPS except where otherwise stated. Some specialty, delicate, fragile or high-dollar items will be shipped FedEx.
Shipping on most items is optional, but, items $50 and over will require insurance. All items shipped by FedEx include insurance in your shipping cost.
We ship everyday except Saturdays.
Policies:
Returns are accepted on most items. Please email me with 3 days of receiving your item if you would like to return it. If your item includes a tyvek security tag, this tag must remain intact, or no refund. Return shipments must include insurance and if you are shipping something from outside of the United States, please mark your package "returned" on the customs form.
Buyers pay return postage and are not re-imbursed for the initial postage paid.
