Happy valentine's day! I want to take this special day to tell all my favorite Artist my life wouldn't be the same without you! Wishing you a great day with your family and friends. The year is off to a good Start and spring is just around the corner! One of my favorite times of the Year all the trees are bursting with flowers and seed pods just waiting for me to come harvest their beautiful pods. I always pick them as soon as they pop and dry them and keep them out of the weather. The Jacaranda Pods are Incredible with the golden color one of my favorites and they come in big and small for earrings, jewelry, gourds, and baskets! the orchid pods are still green but will soon turn a dark brown they look like leather strips. They are real pretty with aquamarine hibiscus pods or heart pods. I have already collected some fresh star pods they are ready and dyed them red and blue. they look great in-clusters paired with Eucalyptus pods for an Earthy look. I have just received a fresh batch of Eucalyptus pods from Pacifica, California . They smell so awesome and look like little buttons. Happy Valentines day! Hawaii Bobs
