Keep your eyes open....
8:08 AM PST, 8/15/2010
Just recently I shopped at a sports shop that I noticed 3 tubs of brand new high quality official licensed sports caps. I roamed through the tubs and noticed many high quality sports teams still available. I ended up picking out about 12 that I felt would be a good product to market on my eBay store and asked the owner if they would accept an offer that I felt was realistic and fair. $4 dollars a piece now, if I didn't make sure to keep my eyes fixed on each and every square foot off the store, this great opportunity to build my business with high quality product would have passed me up. Keep your eyes open....business owners are consolidating big time and wanting to get rid of high quality product at real cheap prices. The world of online shopping is real and these opportunities give us as entrepreneurs a tremendous edge to make and build a business online. To your service!! Gary -
Liquidation
3:39 PM PST, 8/7/2010
What is liquidation? Liquidation is the process of realizing upon assets and of discharging liabilities in concluding the affairs of a business, estate, etc. Sounds pretty complex....its not. Just today I was in a sports store and noticed that there were 3 tubs of hats for sale. Each one $5 regular retail $24.95 this is liquidation. I ended up spending over $300 in the store not just the hats but actually got into the stock room and yes your right....much more. In our business of buying and selling we need to be open to all situations. So the next time your in a retail store, ask the owner if he or she is willing to liquidate any items that are not either selling or just is out of date. To your service! Gary's Variety
