Shipping:
We ship priority mail within 2 days from the date of purchase.
Policies:
Our return policy is very simple and fair.
We offer a free product exchange within 30 days from purchase if it did not performed accordingly to its original design and purpose. Return shipping costs will be charged.
If item is returned after the initial 30 days of purchase, a restocking fee of 10% of item’s cost shall be charged. You will also be responsible for all shipping charges.
We will send you a replacement item once your old item is received by us. Product must be in good condition and carefully packed. Items that show sings of misuse or abuse will not be exchanged. Such items be returned back to you immediately at your expense. Only the manufacturing defects will be accepted and exchanged.
