Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
We have a 24-48 hour processing time, however most orders ship the same day. We ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping method for items is stated in the listing. We combine shipping whenever possible, contact us for a quote. Not all items are available for international shipping. Contact us for availability if international shipping is needed.
Policies:
We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we promise a full merchandise refund or exchange (all shipping charges are not refundable). Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for an RMA#. A 20% restocking fee applies. All items must be returned in new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if an item has been altered or damaged in any way. All bbs, scented oils & tarts must be returned unopened to be eligible for refund or exchange. Once your return is received, a refund or replacement will be issued to you.
Some of the items we sell come with a 30 day manufacture's warranty. If your item has a warranty, a warranty card will be included with the package and all returns will have to be filed with them.
